The festive period is a busy time and we recommend on placing orders as soon as possible to ensure they arrive in plenty of time ready for Christmas.

Recommended Order By Date: Friday 13th December. (after this date it is not guaranteed that your order will arrive before Christmas)

Last Scheduled Order Collection: In order to meet the Royal Mail Christmas Delivery cut-off, your order will need to be placed before Midday on Tuesday 17th December

Any orders placed after midday on Tuesday 17th December may still be processed, however they will not leave the Resort until the new year so please expect additional time for your orders to arrive.

Royal mail aim to deliver all 2nd class shipments in 3-5 working days. Once your order has left the Resort, we unfortunately don't have any other information on when your order will arrive.
