Due to an internal error that is affecting our ability to post out orders, we have had to temporarily stop accepting new order's at this time.  We hope this will be rectified soon, however cannot commit to getting orders delivered in time for Christmas which has led to this decision.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to welcome you back in the new year.

The festive period is a busy time and we recommend on placing orders as soon as possible to ensure they arrive in plenty of time ready for Christmas. Recommended Order By Date: Friday 13th December. Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing issues with outgoing post which is effecting how we send out orders made on the Online Shop.  As a result, we are unable to post out any orders until further notice. We anticipate to be able to resume normal service from week commencing Mon 30th September.  You are welcome to continue with placing an order, however please be aware that we have no estimated time of when these will reach you. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to see you at the Resort soon.

Please see below if you ordering a product to gift in time for Christmas. Our final opportunity to send post out before Christmas is Monday 18th December 2023, Therefore, any orders that you require in time for Christmas will need to be placed with us no later than 9am on Monday 18th December to ensure that it can be picked and packed and sent out to you on time.  Orders will not begin to be shipped again until the 2nd January 2023.
